The Embassy Canberra has 2 dedicated conference rooms that are capable of catering for 4 – 120 people. Both rooms are modern and fresh with a range of audio-visual equipment suitable to all needs.

The Consulate Room, with natural light pouring in, is a popular venue for weddings, parties, dinners, conferences, seminars, etc, with a high ceiling and large windows. It has its own fully licensed bar and portable dance floor together with a PA sound system and CD player.    

The Ambassador Room, fully enclosed but with ample lighting, is ideal for the private meeting, private dinner or any event that requires a degree of privacy. Well equipped with its own fully licensed bar together with a PA sound system and CD player.

Our range of audio-visual equipment available for hire includes an electronic whiteboard, flipchart, overhead projector, 35mm slide projector, data projector, projection screen, large rear projection TV, VHS video player, DVD player, lectern and microphone.

The Embassy Canberra can fully cater for your requirements from breakfast, morning teas and lunches through to afternoon teas and dinners. Our all inclusive packages can be combined with accommodation for a great residential package. Just ask for our functions coordinator who will tailor make a package that will suit your exact requirements.
