Aside from our comfortably appointed rooms and relaxing meals in the Roundabout Restaurant the Embassy Motel offer other facilities for your enjoyment such as 2 fully catered conference rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, guest laundry, BBQ and business centre.

Our 2 conference rooms cater for 4 – 120 people in varying styles of functions such as breakfast meetings, trade displays, corporate and government conferences, private dinner parties and weddings. For conferences we have a full range of audio-visual equipment and catering that will encompass your day’s activities. Whatever the occasion we have a package that can be tailored to suit your needs. For recreational purposes we have an outdoor swimming pool available with a children’s wading pool where you can spend a hot summer’s day relaxing. Please remember to bring your pool towels with you as our room towels cannot be used in the pool area. For those of you that are monitoring their calories then there is our original Norwegian sauna available for your enjoyment. As always – children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst enjoying either the swimming pool or sauna.

Our guest laundry is well equipped with 2 coin-operated top loading washing machines and 2 coin-operated clothes dryers. There is also an iron and ironing board available in the laundry. During the good weather there is also an outdoor clothes line available for guest use.

Our gas operated BBQ is located in the swimming pool area and is available for use all year round (with the exception of any total fire bans).

Our dedicated business centre is equipped for those who have come to Canberra for business purposes and require the additional equipment that was too bulky to bring with them. The centre has 3 computers loaded with Microsoft Word and Excel, wireless high speed internet access and a laser printer for all that last minute printing or urgent documents. Charges apply for the use of the business centre. Photocopying is available at reception.
